How QuickDocsAZ works
Our process is built around Arizona court requirements, not generic forms you fill in and hope for the best. Everything happens online, from choosing a package to receiving your documents, and a certified preparer reviews your documents before they reach you.
1. Choose your package
Pick the service that matches your situation: divorce, legal separation, eviction, or a living trust. Each service page explains exactly what every package includes and what it does not, and every package is a one-time flat fee. Not sure which one fits? We can explain the general differences, and the choice is always yours.
2. Check in and pay securely
Two quick questions confirm we are the right fit: you are not represented by an attorney in the matter, and your case is in an Arizona court. Then you enter your contact details, review your order, and pay inside our checkout page, which is processed by Stripe. Nothing is charged until you reach the payment step.
3. Complete your case intake
Right after payment, you answer plain-English questions about your case. Your answers decide exactly which Arizona court forms and documents get prepared. Most people finish in about ten to fifteen minutes, and you can save your progress and return later.
4. We prepare and review your documents
Current Arizona court forms are completed and formatted for your county, using only the information you gave us. A certified preparer reviews everything before it is released to you, and may contact you to confirm details first.
5. File, serve, and finalize
You receive clear instructions for signing, filing, and any required service of process. Some packages include filing and service for you, and each service page says which. Every cost is disclosed separately, so you always know what you are paying for.
