Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
1. Our service
QuickDocsAZ prepares legal documents based on the information you provide, at the flat fee shown for the package you select. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or legal opinions. See our Legal Disclosures for details.
2. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during intake. We prepare documents based on what you tell us; we do not independently verify facts, and we cannot be responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
3. Pricing and fees
Package prices are for document preparation only and do not include court filing fees or service of process. Both are disclosed separately on each service page and are your responsibility to pay directly to the court or process server.
4. Review before delivery
Documents are reviewed by a certified preparer before they are released to you. We may contact you to confirm details before your documents are finalized.
5. Refunds
Because our fee is for the work of preparing your documents, not a per-page product, how much of it is refundable depends on how much of that work has already been done.
- Before we start preparing your documents
- Full refund of your document-preparation fee, minus a $25 processing fee, if you cancel before a certified preparer begins drafting your documents.
- After preparation has begun
- Your document-preparation fee is earned once a preparer begins working on your documents and is non-refundable, even if you decide not to move forward with your case.
- After your documents have been filed with the court
- No refund of any amount, for any reason. Our preparation fee is fully earned once your documents are filed, and court filing fees are non-refundable by the court once paid. Withdrawing or correcting a filed case is a separate service, not a refund.
Court filing fees and service-of-process costs are paid directly to the court or process server on your behalf and are never refundable by us once submitted. In extraordinary circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future services; this is not guaranteed and is not a right under these terms.
6. Who may use the service
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are not represented by an attorney in the matter we are preparing documents for, and that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
7. Your responsibilities
You decide which service to order and what your documents should say. Please read your documents carefully before you sign them. Unless we have agreed in writing to file or arrange service for you, you are responsible for signing, filing, and serving your documents, for paying court fees, and for meeting all court deadlines and rules.
8. No guarantee of outcome
The court, not QuickDocsAZ, decides every case. We cannot predict or promise any result, including whether a court will accept your documents or grant what they request.
9. Electronic communications
You agree that we may communicate with you, and deliver your documents, by email and through this website. Please keep your contact information current so you receive messages about your order.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with our service is limited to the document-preparation fee you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about them or our service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page, with the date above, applies to orders placed after it is posted. Questions can be sent to help@quickdocsaz.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
