Who we are

QuickDocsAZ is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer service located at 40 W. Baseline Rd. #220, Tempe, AZ 85283. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, who else handles it, and the choices you have. Questions about it can be sent to help@quickdocsaz.com.

Information we collect

  • When you start an order: your name, email address, phone number, address, county, and your answers to the short eligibility questions.
  • Your case intake, after payment: the details we need to prepare your documents. Depending on the service, this can include names, addresses, and dates of birth of you and the other party; marriage and separation details; the names, birth dates, and residence history of your children; descriptions of property, debts, and employment; rental, lease, and eviction details; and trust and estate planning choices. If you list information about your children or another person, you are providing it on their behalf as needed for the court forms.
  • Documents you upload: for example, a petition you received. Uploads are limited to PDF files and are kept in private storage.
  • When you schedule an appointment: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and an optional note.
  • Payment details: you enter your card information directly into Stripe’s secure payment form on our checkout page. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and your email address, but not your card number.
  • Saved drafts on your device: while you fill out the order form, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can return to them. This stays on your device until you finish ordering or clear your browser data.
  • Website usage: on our public information pages we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It also counts when someone clicks a “Get started” link, with the service and package name, and when an appointment is booked, so we can see what is helpful. We do not use it on the order, intake, or appointment pages, we turn off its advertising features, and we do not send it your name, email, or case details.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider and Stripe may receive standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when your device connects to them.

What we do not collect through this website

Our online forms do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers. If a court form requires a number like this, we will tell you how to provide it, and we ask that you do not email it or type it into free-text fields on our website.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare the documents you ordered, to process your payment, to schedule and hold appointments, to send confirmations and updates about your order, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a Certified Legal Document Preparer. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Supabase, to host our database and private file storage, where your order, intake answers, appointment details, and uploaded PDFs are kept.
  • Resend, to deliver the emails we send you.
  • Google, to create and manage appointment calendar entries and video meeting links.
  • Google Analytics, to measure visits to our public pages, as described above.
  • Our website hosting provider.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud or misuse. Documents we prepare for you, once filed with a court at your direction, may become part of the court record, which can be public.

How we protect it

Information travels between your device and our website over encrypted connections. Our database and file storage are not open to the public; they can be reached only by our own server and by the service providers listed above. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you not to share sensitive information with us by ordinary email.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and intake information while we prepare your documents, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need it to answer questions about your order and to maintain business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing help@quickdocsaz.com. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations or to complete an order in progress. You can remove drafts saved on your device at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. To opt out of website usage measurement, turn on the Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting in your browser, which our site honors, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Children

This website is for adults and is not directed to children. Parents provide information about their minor children only where a court form asks for it.
