This is the Superior Court’s own fee to open a Divorce or Legal Separation case, paid directly to the court, separate from our preparation fee. It’s the same fee schedule line item for both case types. Eviction complaint filing fee by county
This is the Justice Court’s own fee to file an eviction (forcible entry and detainer) complaint, paid directly to the court, separate from our preparation fee. Every Arizona Justice Court shares a $41 statewide statutory base, and each county adds its own local surcharge on top, which is why the total genuinely differs by county rather than just by precinct.
